If you’re on a quest to eat healthy foods but maybe don’t know where to start, you’re in a good place. My name is Jaimie Redding, and am currently on that journey. My plan is to move toward a diet that consists of foods that are nutritious and healthy. I want to learn how to shop smarter at my local stores, purchase more foods that are local and in-season, understand product labels (including serving sizes and what portions really look like), and find recipes that both taste good and are good for me. Hopefully we can learn from one another!
